I am interested in learning about quercetin and pd and if it is found in food.

At the moment, the best recommendation is to obtain quercetin through foods rather than supplements, as research regarding its safety is uncertain. Quercetin is found in numerous vegetables and fruits, such as onions, broccoli, kale, cherries, blackberries, black/red grapes, apples, tea (both black and green), and red wine.
