I recently read Kathrynne Holden's article on Meal Ideas and Menus: Avoiding Hight Tyramine Foods Made easy. First I would like to thank Kathrynne for posting this article online. I have read many other articles on this topic, only to find them controversial. I found her article very user friendly. The only question I have is if she could clarify what avoiding "soy products" mean? Doesthis mean soybean oils, soy letchin, soy protein, or is it only "soy Sauce". Many products contain the products I mentioned, and I would like to know if these items are to be avoided as well. Thanks
