Hello all.
My brother is 67 and was diagnosed with PD about one year ago. Since then his ability to walk has become worse and worse. Balance is ok but he has very stiff leg muscles and talks about his legs feeling heavy or for lack of a better word dead or not there. This has come on very fast and I don’t know what to do or what to ask his doctor. Oh I’m his caregiver .

I suggest a consult with a Parkinson's disease expert neurologist.

The diagnosis must be conformed and the medications and therapy optimized.

Good luck!
