I thought this might be fun and help to raise spirits! Pick a word, just one, that represents your day! I will start......

My body is up to it's usual ANTIC'S

Antics. A. A playful trick or prank; caper. B. A grotesque, fantastic, or ludicrous gesture, act, or posture.

I'm not crazy, I'm just special!! ..No, wait..... Maybe I am Crazy. One second...... I have to talk to myself about this... Hold on......................

Today's word is relaxuality. I will spend most of the day relaxing. At 4:30 PM I will leave for my weekly spiritual study meeting.

This mornings word for me is..........

Enervated

Today I go in for the EEG. I was told to get half of my usual sleep so I did not take my sleeping pills. I have been awake all night so I am exhausted! I am also not allowed caffeine prior to the testing which seems to be the worst part....

LOVE

Not to just be corny...or a cliche.

So thankful for love of my wife, children, and others. Their care and patience especially with PD. And, to have them to love in return.

And an amazing growth in recognizing the real love of Christ through the journey with this disease.

People with Parkinson’s can often experience muscle aches and pains. These include stiff or rigid muscles, and cramp caused by reduced or lack of movement.

Good morning,

For me the word is befuddled..... perplexed by many conflicting situations or statements.

So far this morning has been foggy and mixed up. I think I need some more coffee!
I'm not crazy, I'm just special!! ..No, wait..... Maybe I am Crazy. One second...... I have to talk to myself about this... Hold on......................

Word of the day: Adversity

‎"Adversity is a detour, not a road block, on the road of life. This detour will allow you to see things you have never seen, experience new things, and give you a new outlook on life. All the while knowing the detour will still lead you to the place you want to be." Shared from a post yesterday by Mark the pharacist
