I know that mfgs of drugs are listing any possible side effect of drugs they market to the public. I was just prescribed the neuropatch, and one of the side effects is falling asleep while driving without warning. Is this a major concern, it is hard to imagine that all those wearing the patch have stopped driving. On the other hand it would be irresponsible to drive if there was a significant chance of having an accident while taking this drug.

This is a known side effect of dopamine agonist drugs including the patch.
