I am curious to know if anyone here exercises with the Nintendo Wii and the Wii Fit exercise games? I exercise with the Wii Fit Plus and the Wii Balance Board every day for either 30 minutes to 1 hour and get great residual benefits on my gait, balance, and coordination. I lost 45 pounds doing that and working out 3 to 4 times a week at my local gym and generally feel great emotionally after completing a daily session.

Any feedback would be great. I know that there are presently a few clinical PD studies involving the Wii Fit with PD patients.

Me too. We have it, but I have yet to try it. My husband bought it for me several years ago before I was diagnosed.
