hello Doctor,
Recently i went for a sleep study. It found I had several episodes of sleep apnes of which 30% were suspected to be central sleep apnea. i tested a cpac machine and while I did sleep i found it cumbersome .
I wonder what your thoughts were on this problem and what a parkinson patient should be concerned with.
I know take 3 25/100 generic sinemt. It seems to help but wears off after about four to five hours,I also asked about exteded release and whether that might help my sleep apnea. My doctor didn't think it would.
Thanks so much for all your help here with the parkinson forum.
best
john

Moving doses closer together will help with wearing off. As for the apnea it is important to treat,

I would suggest having the sleep doc adjust the CPAP mask and machine and trying to stick with it.
