Very Very Tired

Doctor, I'm a 65 year old man and I sleep 3-4 hours per night but not good resting sleep and the next day I'm very very tired and I don't have the energy to do little jobs around the house and I want to stay home all the time. I have to take small naps during the day. I also, have vivid dreams. I had a sleep study and they said it was ok, but I know I didn't sleep but about 3 hours. Listed are the medicines and vitamins I take. My wife and i would greatly appreciate any information you may give us. I also have restless legs and arms.

One metoprolol 50mg per day
One amlodipine 10mg per day
One to two omeprazole 20mg per day
One sertraline 100mg per day
Two to three klonopin 1mg per day
Two to three hydrocodone 5mg/acetaminophen 325mg per day
One aspirin 81mg per day
Three carbidopa 25/levodopa 100mg four times per day
at 8am, noon, 4pm and 8pm
One carbidopa 50/levodopa 200mg sa at bed time
One simvastatin 10mg per day
One gabapentin 300mg at bed time for restless legs-arms
I started taking the vitamins two days ago
One 2000 mg fish oil omega 3 per day
One vitamin d3-1000 IU per day
One vitamin c-1000mg per day
One vitamin b-12 1000 mcg per day
One folic acid 400 mcg per day

Look at the last post for your answer. You may also want to adjust the timing of the simvastatin to 1 hour before or 2 hours after taking the sinemet.
