magnesium citrate interact with sinemet?

does magnesium citrate interact with sinemet? my friend with yopd (15 yrs) - 2 DBS - last one more successful ... i think she needs mag to help with neck dystonia ... any input would be welcome ...

Magnesium citrate (I'm assuming you're referring to the tablet, not the liquid preparation) should not have any interactions with Sinemet. I often recommend some form of magnesium for folks with PD. However, she should discuss the dystonia with her movement disorders specialist, as there are many possible causes, with differing needs for treatment.
