My concern, as a patient with 2 serious illnesses, is what else is Obama lying about?  For example, what's going to happen when the employer mandate kicks in and employers decide it's cheaper to pay the penalty than to provide insurance?    Also, the news today is reporting that older and sicker people are signing up (as opposed to young, healthy people), which won't allow the exchanges to be sustainable without large increases in premiums.

Want to see Obama lie 29 times about Obamacare?  Here's the video.  See for yourself.

@PatriotM The data from Massachusetts, which is pretty much the only historical data we have, showed that young people are procrastinators.  They mostly signed up in the last two months when they had a year to do it.

MSNBC is reporting this morning that Democrats are giving the White House until tomorrow to do something to keep their promise that people can keep their insurance. If the White House doesn't comply, Democrats plan to move legislation in both the Senate and House to restore those insurance plans.

The problem is that Obamacare was predicated on having millions of healthy, young people joining the Obamacare exchanges and paying higher premiums which would lower the cost for the older, sick people (like many PD patients). In other words, Obamacare was counting on the millions of people that were kicked off of their old insurance policies to pay for Obamacare. If the Democrats force Obama to keep his promise and allow people to keep the insurance they had, Obamacare won't work, but we'll still have a mandate for the uninsured to buy insurance or pay a penalty. The problem is that there will be no-one to lower the cost curve for them and the cost of their insurance will EXPLODE!

As my grandma used to say, this is 'fixin' to be a disaster for those that are sick and uninsured.

Here's an article (I couldn't find a link on MSNBC yet): http://patriotupdate...democrats-move/
