Hi Dr. Okun,

I am seriously considering a trip from Vermont to your center. What are the chances I can get an an appointment with you? I know my Neuro and MDS will write the referral and I follow up with a call.

Thought I would check with you.

Thank you,
Karen

Karen we make ourselves available to anyone around the world with Parkinson's disease and at the NPF UF Center in Gainesville we routinely have visitors from all over the world (S America, Europe, Asia, Nepal, etc.).  We also have a record review and telephone consult service for those who do not want to travel or cannot travel with their Parkinson's disease.

Melissa Himes can make appointments for in person evaluations for Parkinson's disease at UF- HIMEMJ@shands.ufl.edu

AJ Yarbrough runs our record review and telephone expert consult service for Parkinson's disease at UF- Arthur.Yarbrough@neurology.ufl.edu

These two individuals can set you up to see us.

The phone number is 352-294-5400.
