i have a question...  i hane a Dear friend had PD.  H takes Levodopa.  his current complaint is that his

legs feel like he is walking at the bottom of the pool in weighted shoes......... he is so tired all the time and all he wants to do is sleep........
so damn depressed
i will see him this week end
i plan to get him out  and in some sunshine..  but first we plan  to go to the gym.
i have it in mind to bring him a bottle of
st johns wart
vitamin D
fish oil
and a fiber supplement
there are natural muscle relaxers ...  and other things that may help in the health food store...
i am looking for advice
what can supplement and not interfere with the medicine
he needs to feel better

Listen. Exercise. Sunshine. Listen some more.  Without knowing his medical history, no one can give you advice about taking supplements for depression or anything else.  You might suggest that he join this forum for additional support.  Good luck.
