Besides doing neck and shoulders stretching and arims swinging, walk upright and stablise your posture water treatment is another good for your body bad postures.
Be accompanied by your helper go down yourself surface of 3 feets deep of water (pool, lake or stream) to massage your body stiffness and ridigity.
This must work closely with doctor, physiotherapist or health care when devising your own exercise program.
