    Hello doctor my name is mr HIIH MBE hilaire roger I have Parkinson's disease I live in congo brazzaville in Africa I use sinemet 250 MG / 25MG I take 2 tablet on waking (8h or 9h) which helps me up 'At the beginning of the involuntary movements around 11 h 30 am or I take again 2 tablet but here are some that I take the second dose that is to say 11h am I have a push of the involuntary movements that I can not master for a Period of at least 1 hour I am obliged to leave the office to avoid anger my colleagues lock me in the toilet to go through this stage after I am quiet (although I sleep in the office) until 4 pm or I have the return of the symptoms then I take 2 tablet of Trivastal 50 LP immediately after I have an unintentional movement of unintentional movements for at least 1 hour then after I feel better I have more energy of 6 H am until the next day my question why I have more troubles in the day than at night?
