Hi everyone,

I'm a new member of the PD club, though I didn't receive my diagnosis until the tremor in my left hand spread to my right hand.

BTW,  I'm just turned age 68 and this wasn't a birthday present I was expecting, though in retrospect I'm aware of symptoms that should have aroused awareness of the PD a few years ago.

Can anyone recommend a good exercise video on Youtube for at-home exercise?

Thanks,

Arlington

Welcome, Arlington.

My symptoms were bilateral when I was diagnosed at the age of 57 in 2010. I've gained many friends in my years on the forum. Whatever my problems, there is someone here who has helped me find solutions. Keep coming back. We're here to support you.

Dianne

I do a program called PWR...parkinsons wellness recovery....www.pwr4life.org.... They have a you tube channel. I also have a punching bag in my basement . Just exercise!!

Find something you like to do.... I also take ballroom dance lessons with my husband and it's been one good thing that has come out of my PD!

welcome,

LAD
