    View New Content Not Working

Thanks for the reply. I'm sure I am logged in. My name is displayed on the upper right of the screen. I even tried logging out and logging back in. The View New Content worked fine for me until yesterday. Dallas

    Rytary Dose and Golf

I was diagnosed with PD a few months ago and put on Rytary 36.25/145 two capsules three times a day. My symptoms are still mild but I noticed that I started playing better golf after starting the medication - I got some of my distance back off of the tee and was able to hit the ball more consistently. My game had been deteriorating for some time prior to this. We typically play very early in the morning. I would normally take the medication at 6 am, 11 am, and 4 pm, but on golf day I take it at 5 am when I get up. A round of golf takes 4 to 5 hours and I noticed that my game deteriorates towards the end of the round. Does it make sense to move up the second dose to 8 or 9 am or perhaps take and extra dose on golf days? You thoughts would be appreciated. Dallas

    PD and Employment

I have had my B12 checked and it is a little high but not a lot. I am supposed to be cutting back on my B12. I do have long term disability and have had it since I started working. I intend on talking to my MDS doctor but can't get in until next month. Are there attorney's that specialize in these things? I guess one that specializes in disabiltiy would work. TIA, Dallas

    PD and Employment

Hi, I am 59 was diagnosed with PD about 3 months ago and put on Rytary (2x145) 3 times a day. It has helps with the slowness and the tremors. My biggest concern at this point is with my job. I am an engineer and have worked for the same company for over 20 years. I have recently noticed that I have a much harder time concentrating and solving problems and this has started to affect my job performance. I'm not sure it has been noticed yet. I am wondering if anyone has advice on the best way to protect my job. I don't want to wind up getting fired. I think PD is protected as a disability but I am not sure how much protection that will give me. I have many questions but a few of them are: · Do I tell my boss? · Should I contact an attorney to get legal advice? · Are the cognitive issues going to get worse? I doubt anyone can answer this one but I thought I'd ask. · Can I get on long term disability if I can no longer preform my job? TIA, Dallas
